Colorado SB 24-205 enforcement starts June 30, 2026 with $20K/violation fines. The Colorado AG will look for the easy wins first — Shopify stores with chat widgets and no disclosures are sitting ducks.

Copy-paste ready: This site uses AI-powered tools including chat assistance, product recommendations, and search. By using this site, automated systems may process your activity to personalize your experience or assist with customer service. To opt out or request a human, contact us at [your email].

What about the chat widget specifically?
